Smart SWM collection & Transportation:

PCC has all the manpower and equipments require for the smart waste management. The smart SWM collection and transportation system will be centred around the compactor locations and the wards in the vicinity.
The detailed planning of the routes and exact no of vehicles is arrived at after detailed survey of the communities. PCC already has the experience of these survey in large municipalities of Ambala and Karnal in Haryana.

For collecting PCC has solid infrastructure consisting of:

Manpower: 1400+ workforce consisting array of project managers, sanitary inspector, mechanics, drivers, labourers etc
Vehicles: PCC own 300+ vehicle and has collaboration with local transporters for emergency requirements.
